Who is KBCB?
Well, as the name says, we are brothers that enjoy craft beer however there is a difference here...we are also great friends that enjoy sharing our craft with family and friends. We aren't just brewing beer to brew beer either. We brew beer that WE want to drink. What does that mean to you? That means that you are able to enjoy hand-crafted brews with friends and family inspiring memories that will last a lifetime. We do it all...For the Love of Craft Beer!!
Where'd we get started??
Well, the first batch brewed was quite the event in Bryan's kitchen with his bro-in-law, Chaz. This batch took a little longer as would be expected being a first batch and all...not that there was any drinking going on. Oddly enough this was also the last batch brewed in the kitchen. Kristy just wasn't having it...well she was having the beer, just not the brewing inside the house. So, it moved out to the garage where we had more room to spread out the operation...which equates to making more of a mess on brew day. Bryan, aka. KBCB Equipment Engineer, designed and built the first brew rig from an Igloo cooler with a hand-made copper manifold, a cajun crawfish burner and a cooling chamber built out of a dorm room fridge. After a few successful IPA batches, Bryan got the urge to build out a new rig...MUST HAVE burner automation, bigger batches and of course more hops!! A year later, Bryan pulled off the ultimate reveal of our current 1/2 barrel, HERMS with automated temperature and pump controls, counter-flow chiller...meet BRUTUS the Mod! After about 100G's brewed, we decided "ok, we need more space for fermenation. Kristy, we are knocking down the dining room wall and headed back into the house." "Oh Hell to the No", she said. So off we went...back to the man-cave to relax and have a cold brew.
Where are we now??
So, after going back to the drawing board for more fermentation space, the decision was made...build a bigger house with bigger, specifically built fermentation space. Not just any house, a house built around the brew operation with a dedicated oversized garage just for the brewing and attached dedicated fermentation room for mulitple temperature controlled chambers, a bar with a VIP lounge to serve the tasty brews...even a urinal in the restroom. We will ensure to keep the house bar stocked with KBCB beers!!

Where are we going??
We continue to prepare to open a commercial brewery with intent to join the commercial craft beer market...some day.

We are currently defining the details of our business plan while securing supplier and retail-customer relationships. In tandem, we are exploring the real estate environment to find a location that is strategically placed to best serve our fans in the #NTX and Regional market.

In the background, we will continue to brew pilot batches to perfect our year-round, seasonal and one-off recipes for future market release of a wide range of tasty, refreshing, intriguing, complex brews. Our philosophy is to have something to offer to all palates, novice and veteran.
